- I didn't get my files. Check your spam or promotions folder for the email from Second Look Chess. Your download links are also on your order confirmation page. Still nothing? Email us and we'll send them another way.
- Where do I send my username for the report? On the Your report page, or reply to your order email.
- I'd like a refund. Email us within 30 days of purchase. No conditions, no questions. See our Refund Policy.
- I think a solution is wrong. Thank you. Tell us the file and the exercise number. We check it with the engine, fix it and send the corrected file to everyone who bought it.
