Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If the system or your report isn't for you, email secondlookchess@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No conditions, no questions. You can keep the files. The refund includes any add-ons in the same order.

1. How to ask for a refund

1. Email secondlookchess@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number if you have it, or the email address you used at checkout.
2. That's it. You don't have to explain why, fill in a form or show how much you used the files.

The guarantee covers every product we sell: The Blunder Fingerprint System, the add-ons (Opening Traps Pack, Leak Tracker + Pocket Cards) and the personal reports (Your Fingerprint Report, Your Top 3 Leaks), including any taxes charged on them.

2. Personal reports

• Your report is made from the public games of the username you send us. It needs at least 20 rated games. If the account doesn't have enough games, or we can't find it, we tell you by email and refund the report in full.
• If we don't receive your username within 7 days of your order, we remind you by email. You can ask for a refund at any time within the 30 days.

3. Other cases we always refund

• Duplicate purchase: you bought the same product twice by mistake.
• Files we can't deliver: your download doesn't work and we can't get working files to you another way.
• Billing error: you were charged an amount different from the price shown.

4. How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.
• We process refunds within 3 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

5. Download problems

If a file won't open or a download stops, see our Delivery page or write to us. Most download problems are solved the same day.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster for you.

7. Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

You may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. For digital content, that right can end once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose it. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to you in any case, and nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
