Your report

Thanks for ordering your personal report. To make it, we need the username of the account you play on.

• Lichess: your username is all we need. We read only the public games of that account, the same games anyone can see on your profile.
• Chess.com: send your username here, and we email you how to download your own games file (a few clicks: Chess.com lets every player export their games). Then you reply with the file.

• Your report arrives by email as a PDF within 24 hours of receiving your username (on Chess.com, your games file).
• The account needs at least 20 rated games (the more, the better: the full report uses your last 100). If it has fewer, we tell you and refund the report.
• Not sure of your username? On Chess.com and Lichess it's the name shown on your profile page.

Can't use the form? Reply to your order confirmation email with your username and the site, or write to secondlookchess@gmail.com.
